The aim of the guidance provided in CIOFS-FP training centres is to provide the tools, the knowledge and the skills necessary to achieve their personal and professional project; a project to which we attach great importance because it coincides with the ability to design and develop their own happiness. Guidance plays a fundamental role in all our educational work; as a matter of fact, for any form of training, guidance is cross-sectional.

CIOFS-FP is committed to provide vocational guidance services that are an essential instrument for an actual vocational and personal development of people, especially given the difficulties of the current social context.

Therefore, according to CIOFS-FP, guidance is a form of tutoring by paying constant attention to the key role played by the person while interacting with the environment, along with the enhancement of his/her capacity for self-determination.
